We do not save audio recordings. We temporarily retain caption and translation text only as needed for delivery and delete it within about three minutes of creation. Online speech recognition and translation use external services, which receive the audio and text needed for processing. The audio and text sent to these services are not used to train AI models. Retention periods and other data handling practices are governed by each provider’s policies.
